Dallas-based Boston’s Restaurant & Sports Bar announced today the launch of its new gourmet menu.

Just in time for the holidays, Boston’s new menu features 17 new items. The casual-dining brand is now offering the new menu at all locations nationwide. As part of the launch, the company also added optional drink pairings.

“The launch of this new menu signifies a change in direction for our brand,” says Brad Bevill, vice president of marketing for Boston’s.

The menu also has enhancements to some guest favorites. The changes include anexpanded wing category with four additional sauce flavors, a grilled-to-order gourmet burger, an expanded pizza category with thin-crust options, and three new pasta dishes that include lighter, olive oil-based options.

The menu is includes new photography and, to emphasize the company’s 50-year history, a history page that gives guests an opportunity to learn about the brand’s evolution.

“Our new menu puts the emphasis back on the quality of our food and the history of our brand,” says Tim Matousek, vice president of operations at Boston’s. “By streamlining the menu while adding healthier dishes for our guests, we are continuing to evolve to meet our guest’s needs and stay current on trends in the ever-changing casual dining segment.”
