Bad Daddy’s Burger Baris celebrating the New Year with two entrees that will only be available throughout the month of January.
The following new menu items were created by Executive Chef Tim Kast: The Hangover Burger: A 7-ounce custom blend burger on a bed of crushed tater tots, topped with house made American cheese, rosemary ham, and a fried egg; If Pigs Had Wings: Three fall off the bone, slow cooked pork shanks with a choice of sauce: Smokey Bourbon BBQ or Thai Chili sauce.
“For our January menu, we decided to focus on the indulgent flavors people look for when they come into a Bad Daddy’s,” Kast says. “We all know that the resolutions only make it about a week into the New Year so we jumped right to what the Bad Daddy’s visitors really want. Between the Hangover Burger and the pork shanks, our customers are sure to leave feeling satisfied.”
Bad Daddy’s culinary differentiators include burgers made from top-quality beef topped with house-made cheese and scratch-made sauces with customizable options. Unique burger toppings include buttermilk country-fried bacon, house-made American cheese, scratch-made pesto, and the specialty Bad Daddy’s sauce. The restaurant also offers customizable salads, a full gluten-free menu, and regional menu items that incorporate local flavors. High-energy rocker music, local beers showcased across the bar and décor distinct to the neighborhood adds to a unique brand personality.
The restaurant recently opened a new location in the newly renovated Southwest Plaza Mall in Littleton, Colorado, which is the sixth Colorado location with more sites expected to open through the summer of 2016. The other sites include the Village at the Peaks new lifestyle center in Longmont, Fort Collins Fashion Mall redevelopment and The Promenade Shops at Briargate in Colorado Springs.
Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar was recently purchased by Good Times Restaurants, Inc. (GTIM), which also operates Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard, a regional chain of quick service restaurants located primarily in Colorado.
