Acadia announced a coveted new way to dine, allowing a select number of guests each week to traverse through Chef Ryan McCaskey’s culinary journey with the Table 21 Grand Tasting Menu experience.  Now, in addition to five- and 10-course tasting menus, one exclusive reservation appears for Fridays and Saturdays upon visiting Tock for bookings, offering a chef’s spontaneous dining adventure like no other.

Lucky guests able to secure the reservation are in for a spectacular culinary ride with a 15-course menu customized to each table often changing nightly and with seasonality. Chef McCaskey pushes for higher excellence within his innovative tasting menus at the two star Michelin-rated Acadia and for two tables every week, he and his team take the experience to the next level.

Chef McCaskey’s desire to keep the Table 21 Experience menu free flowing and ever changing creates an element of surprise for diners. The reservation allows guests to completely turn themselves over to the kitchen, letting the culinary team serve a meal without a traditional menu. Visitors may see old favorites served and even previews of concepts for upcoming menus, in addition to on-the-spot creations.  Diners can also expect truly amazing wines complementing the tasting menu.

The Table 21 menu is limited to one table of four at 7 p.m. each Friday and Saturday. The offering is priced at $300 per person, and an additional $200 per person with beverage pairings.
