Peter Kosley, senior vice president, and Thad Beckner, assistant vice president, of the Henry S. Miller Brokerage retail division, were recently awarded the assignment to exclusively represent the Lund Family (Maid-Rite Diner Franchisee) in their North Texas expansion plans. Kosley and Beckner will be responsible for locating strategic real estate sites for the Lund Family throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan and north Texas areas to open a number of Maid-Rite restaurants.
Recently, Kosley and Beckner completed the lease for a 3,090 square foot space at Green Oaks Shopping Center in Arlington, Texas, for Maid-Rite’s first north Texas location. Located at 4101 West Greens Oaks Blvd., Green Oaks Shopping Center is a 65,000 square foot-plus, Kroger Grocery-anchored neighborhood retail center. Green Oaks Shopping Center is a premier retail location in Arlington situated at the northeast corner of W. Green Oaks Boulevard and Pleasant Ridge. The Maid-Rite Diner will be located in an end-cap with excellent visibility from Pleasant Ridge and the Kroger parking lot. The center is surrounded by established residential communities, businesses, and retail strips.
