Zeffer’s Café inside SAHARA Las Vegas adds six brand-new dishes to its breakfast menu inspired by seasonality and simplicity. Featuring an elevated casual environment, Zeffer’s offers classic breakfast and brunch favorites, as well as staple comfort dishes – all with a unique twist.

“As one of the Las Vegas Strip’s best spots for breakfast, we are excited to share these must-try dishes with new and returning visitors,” says Anthony Olheiser, vice president of food and beverage, SAHARA Las Vegas. “From the brand-new avocado toast recipe to the steak and egg breakfast, there’s something everyone will enjoy.”

New dishes off the griddle include:
Lemon Raspberry Pancakes
Three lemon pancakes, fresh raspberries

Grand Marnier French Toast
Brioche bread, fresh berries, Grand Marnier whipped mascarpone, candied orange

New classics include:
Steak and Egg Breakfast
12-ounce ribeye, three eggs any style, fingerling potatoes, choice of toast (or substitute for pancakes or French toast for an additional $5)

Eggs Benny
Asparagus, prosciutto, country sourdough, lemon hollandaise, fingerling potato (add avocado for an additional $3)

New dishes on the lighter side include:
Bowl of Steel Cut Oats
Cinnamon apples, candied pecans, toasted coconut flakes

Avocado Toast
Batard sourdough bread, avocado, green goddess dressing, daikon sprouts, watermelon radish, togarashi (add two soft poached eggs for $5)

In addition, Zeffer’s Café also features hand-crafted cocktails, beer, wine, hard seltzers and more as well as an extensive list of non-alcoholic libations, including coffee, tea and juice.

Zeffer’s Café is open from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday through Sunday.
