World of Beer Bar & Kitchen, the original purveyor of the craft beer experience, is excited to announce its new menu for Fall. Launching in late September 2021, World of Beer Bar & Kitchen will bring several new mouthwatering items to the menu at the brand’s 50+ locations around the country, further enhancing its signature food offerings and perfectly pairing with the hundreds of varieties of craft beers and spirits available at each location.
After months of food tastings and consumer and trend research, World of Beer Bar & Kitchen’s culinary staff spiced up the menu with several new worldly offerings. The new items all incorporate a variety of authentic spices and bold sauces, with grilled options taking centerstage. Featuring fresh, high-quality bar favorites from Thailand, Italy, Asia, and the U.S., World of Beer has also amped up its famous Chicken Wing selection with new and exciting flavors – Lemon Pepper and Mongolian.
“When creating these new items, we always strive to bring in new and bold flavors, challenging ourselves to stay with the trends, while also keeping the classic favorites on the menu for our customers,” says Chef David Belliveau, Culinary Director at World of Beer Franchising. “Our guests rave about our menu offerings so it’s always fun to turn it up a notch and add more unique items.”
Sure to become fan favorites, World of Beer Bar & Kitchen’s new menu will feature the following new items:
Char-Grilled Shrimp: Boldly marinated shrimp, char-grilled and served on grilled garlic bread with house-made remoulade sauce
Thai Chicken Satays: Thai-style marinated chicken satays, char-grilled and served with a fresh cucumber salad and peanut satay sauce.
Asian Chicken Salad: Mongolian-BBQ-grilled chicken atop a Napa cabbage blend with red bell peppers, scallions and fresh cilantro, tossed with toasted sesame vinaigrette and topped with crispy wontons
Grilled Shrimp Linguine: Blackened shrimp served atop linguine, tossed in a house-made scampi sauce with roasted grape tomatoes, parmesan and parsley
Buffalo Cauliflower: Fresh cauliflower flash-fried crisp, tossed with buffalo ranch AND served with celery
Famous Chicken Wings: Mouthwatering new sauces including Lemon Pepper and Mongolian. Served with celery and your choice of house-made blue cheese or ranch.
As well as these flavorful new items, World of Beer Bar & Kitchen is known for its signature menu, including the Signature German Pretzel and beer cheese, Traditional World of Beer Chicken Wings, Black & Blue Flatbread, mouthwatering Chimay Burger and much more.
