Located just a few doors down from its celebrated sibling, Molé, fine Mexican cuisine, the latest addition to the Wild Thyme Restaurant Group family further establishes their commitment to culinary excellence in the Palm Desert area. Prepare to embark on a culinary journey that combines delectable cuisine, attentive service, and a vibrant atmosphere, designed to create unforgettable moments for every guest.
Shorebird Restaurant is a coastal eatery that proudly presents a modern take on classic Americana flavors with influences from traditional seafood and steakhouses. Featuring a wood-fire grill and rotisserie, our signature dishes include Duroc Heritage Pork Chop with Brussels sprouts and brandy-poached apples, Faroe Island’s Salmon Mignon with a cauliflower purée, and Creekstone Farms Prime Skirt Steak served with a red chimichurri sauce. For those looking for delicious, shareable plates, our Avocado Fries with a green goddess dressing or items from our “Raw Bar,” are a great way to start your meal.

The restaurant’s interior design is inspired by the beauty of coastal landscapes. For a moment in time, remove yourself from the desert sands to the shoreline views of an elegant beach house where every room provides a unique, fresh experience.
Enter the Bar Area and enjoy the night ambience and waves of the sea for unexpected dining pleasure. Adjacent to the Bar Dining Area is the first-floor dining room, which is saturated with sandy neutrals enhanced with mild sea glass colors and beach florals.
As you ascend the striking staircase with exquisite cascading lights, landing at the top to view a most sophisticated work of art. To the right is the starlight dining room, connected and embracing the sought after balcony views. The second-floor balcony is pleasantly resistant to the elements, while overlooking the nearby mountains, enhanced by beautiful desert sunsets.
To the left of the stair landing is the private and sought-after Omakase Experience, where you tarry through a Whiskey Tasting Room with premium drinks and sexy lighting. Then you’ll feast your eyes on the skills of the chef at the fine sushi bar. Followed by tantalizing desserts in the comfortable lounge area.
The spacious outdoor patio is perfect for alfresco dining with a view, and the comfortable indoor seating provides a cozy atmosphere for guests to enjoy their meals.
Shorebird Restaurant’s beverage program features handcrafted cocktails, premium wines, and craft beer. Guests can unwind with a classic cocktail, such as the signature Shorebird Espresso Martini or ignite their taste buds with a Don Julio Flaca Margarita.

Shorebird Restaurant’s dinner menu offers a variety of dishes to suit every taste and occasion. Guests can start with appetizers such as Over-stuffed Bacon and Eggs featuring Wild Thyme’s famous deviled eggs, celery, bacon, chives and paprika; or our Japanese Black Cod. Entrees include Mary’s Free Range Rotisserie Chicken or Hokkaido Butter Basted Scallops served with Black mussels, vinegar-cured scallop, corn, potatoes, bacon, potato chowder, chives.
