Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux is opening its first restaurant in West Little Rock. The newest restaurant is located at 16103 Chenal Parkway, in the Chenal Marketplace.
Walk-On’s franchise owner Chris McJunkins, founder and managing partner of McJunkins Restaurant Group, owns and operates the Walk-On’s locations in Conway, Fayetteville and Rogers and is expanding the brand’s Arkansas presence into the Capital City with the new location in this highly visible, continually growing part of West Little Rock.
“Football season, truly any season, is the right time to bring the ‘game day’ atmosphere and Louisiana-inspired flavors of Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux to Little Rock,” says McJunkins. “Our locations in Northwest Arkansas and Conway have been a touchdown for guests in the state, and we look forward to serving our famous dishes and southern hospitality to our current and future West Little Rock fans.”

Walk-On’s team members will kick-off the opening with a ribbon cutting at 10:30 a.m. today and opening-week VIP and community events. A portion of the proceeds from grand opening events will benefit Little Rock’s Our House. And, a win for one of the first 100 guests on opening day will be when one is randomly selected to receive Walk-On’s for an entire year.
Walk-On’s is known for its made-from-scratch specialty dishes that combine fresh ingredients to bring what has been called “mouthwatering” Americana and Louisiana cuisine to life. Diverse menu offerings feature unique twists on game-day staples and upscale takes on Louisiana mainstays such as Crawfish Étouffée, Chicken & Andouille Gumbo and Doughnut Bread Pudding made with Krispy Kreme doughnuts.
