It’s time to play ball, Bristol, because Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux is coming this summer to serve up its signature Americana and Cajun cuisine!

Located at 226 Steven’s Trail, off Hwy. 81 and just a short drive from Bristol Motor Speedway, sports fans in the area will soon have a new favorite spot to cheer on its favorite teams while enjoying Walk-On’s eclectic menu and wide array of beverage offerings.

The 6,800-square foot dining area will be the best place in Bristol to watch all the sports action, regardless of the team or driver. 

“We’re so excited to bring Walk-On’s to a community that loves its sports as much as Bristol,” says DMBC President Jason Gisclair. “With Bristol Motor Speedway nearby, we believe this new location will be the perfect spot for race fans to spend time at before, during and after races. We can’t wait to open our doors and have the fun begin!”

The new Walk-On’s in Bristol will mark the award-winning restaurant’s fourth location in Tennessee and will be operate every Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and from 11 a.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.

In preparation for the opening, Walk-On’s is hiring up to 200 team members for all positions, including chefs, servers, hosts, bartenders and bussers. Interested candidates who are eager to work in a fun and inviting environment can apply on site at the restaurant Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Each dish is made from scratch at Walk-On’s, using fresh ingredients to bring its mouthwatering Americana and Cajun cuisine to life. The diverse menu features unique twists on game-day staples and upscale takes on Louisiana mainstays, such as Crawfish Étouffée, Chicken & Sausage Gumbo and Doughnut Bread Pudding made with Krispy Kreme doughnuts.
