wagamama is entering new markets with its first Texas location on Dallas’ Harry Hines Boulevard. The full-service and high-energy dining concept is inspired by fast-paced Japanese ramen bars and showcases a fresh take on Asian plates. Translated as “naughty child,” the concept offers a variety of signature noodle dishes, ramens, shareables, juices and craft cocktails to complement a vibrant, social dining experience to serve the happening entertainment district at all times of the day.

To celebrate the restaurant’s opening, wagamama is partnering with Paper for Water, raising money to fund water and sanitation projects worldwide, to install a beautifully curated origami piece made up of butterflies. As a Japanese symbol of peace, hope, joy and transformation, the butterflies in the installation will symbolize the meaning behind the restaurant’s inspiration to ‘eat positively,’ leaning on one of wagamama’s founding philosophies that food feeds our belly and soul, creating a transformative culinary experience. The installation will be viewable on December 8.
The 4,600 square foot restaurant seeks to inspire people to get more out of life by ‘eating positively’ and prides itself on delicious food, arriving hot and ready-to-eat in an energetic, contemporary setting we call “from bowl to soul.” This concept encourages guests to enjoy innovative dishes and signature craft cocktails that are delightfully presented, leaving guests feeling happy, nourished and refreshed. wagamama Dallas offers a quick but unhurried lunch, a leisurely dinner with family, or a lighthearted meeting place for friends. The restaurant also features an outdoor patio, located on the corner of Harry Hines Blvd and Ashland Street, for gatherings large and small.
wagamama delivers whimsical hospitality and familiarity, where food is cooked to order and served straight from wok to table – fast, hot and fresh. Seasonal flavors and modern methods create specially made dishes including the Ginger Chicken Udon, Yasai Katsu Curry and Chicken Gyoza Ramen and handcrafted libations such as the Thai Chili Margarita, Smoke + Pear or Japanese Highball.
