Uno Pizzeria & Grill is putting the craft back in pizza with their newly released menu, focused on their made-from-scratch, handcrafted pizza and craft beer lineup.

As the undisputed inventor of Chicago Deep Dish pizza in 1943, Uno’s has a long history of innovating new styles and bold flavors of America’s favorite food. In 2016, Uno’s launched the Chicago Thin Crust line of pizzas designed to offer guests a thin crust pizza with a deep-dish attitude. Since 1943, Uno has been making their dough fresh every morning, a tradition they still carry on today in each of their locations. Uno’s uses the finest ingredients including 100 percent fresh mozzarella cheese shredded daily in each restaurant, vine ripened, fresh packed tomatoes and high quality meats and fresh vegetables for toppings. The craft of pizza making at Uno’s breaks the typical chain mode of pre-packaged, processed, frozen foods and maintains the decades old craft of hand-made pizza.

Pizza and beer have always been part of the Uno’s experience and Uno’s has expanded its beer line up to include six rotating taps of regional, local and hyperlocal craft beer at each restaurant to complement its lineup of five permanent varieties as well as the classic favorites. Customers can check out what’s on tap using the Untappd app on their phones or via the Uno website. Guests are immediately notified of newly tapped kegs through a variety of social media platforms, the Uno’s web site and in the Untappd app.

The new menu features a contemporary industrial design with amazing food photography that highlights the care and attention Uno’s puts into making pizza and the rich authentic heritage of the Uno brand. The new menu also features a new line of deep dish pizzas; The Chicago Originals, with recipes and ingredients from Uno’s rich Chicago heritage. Uno’s has also expanded its Thin Crust Pizza line with the new “Chicago’s Finest,” with unique combinations of flavors and toppings. Uno’s has added pizza dipping sauces, served with every pizza, as a new way to enhance the pizza eating experience.
