The Toasted Yolk Cafe is continuing to fuel growth throughout its home state as the cult-favorite breakfast eatery prepares to bring its boozy brunch and farm-to-table fresh food to Austin.

CEO and Co-Founder Chris Milton announced today that Toasted Yolk has signed an area development agreement with Ron and Val Claypool to bring the popular breakfast joint to Austin. The new restaurant is slated to open at 14105 Ronald Reagan Blvd. in Cedar Park in summer 2022. 

Ron has worked in facilities management for the past 20 years in a variety of industries ranging from commercial real estate to technology and non-profit. He is also a licensed commercial/residential real estate agent and a Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist through Texas Realtors. Valeria has spent nearly 30 years working in the public sector with an emphasis on hiring, human resources, mentoring, training and staff retention. They were sold on joining The Toasted Yolk family because of the quality food, atmosphere, executive team, and the brand’s transparent and profitable business plan.

“There’s no doubt that The Toasted Yolk’s friendly atmosphere and amazing food are going to be a big hit in the Austin area,” Ron Claypool says. “We’re especially excited to be able to connect with the community on a day-to-day basis, sharing wonderful food that will make their day a little brighter. We can’t wait to show Austinites what The Toasted Yolk is all about when we join the Cedar Park community this year.”

The Toasted Yolk offers a one-of-a-kind breakfast, brunch and lunch experience.
