TAG Restaurant Group announced additions to Grange Hall, the soon-to-open food hall and brewery. Ty Nash will be joining the team as Head Brewer; and restaurant veteran Dustin Maldonado will take the helm as General Manager of the property.

Says Troy Guard, restaurateur and owner of TAG Restaurant Group, on his team, “Dustin and Ty bring with them many years of experience and leadership to Grange Hall. We’re excited for them to help bring this amazing project to life!” Read more about the team below.

Grange Hall, where grand American tradition meets innovative new food and drink, is located in the heart of the Denver Tech Center, in the former C.B. & Potts outpost at 6575 South Greenwood Plaza Boulevard. Troy Guard and his partners on this project, Kevin Hawkins and Ken Himel, are working to transform the nearly 13,000 square-foot space into a community focused place to gather, eat and play—like the Grange Halls that dotted the prairies of the past.

The space will be anchored by a micro-brewery, Little Dry Creek Brewing Company; a spectacular, central cocktail bar, with libations and wine selection curated by TRG Beverage Director Nikki Guard; and a food hall, which will feature nine stalls.  Grange Hall’s culinary program will include a collective of artisan chefs and restaurant operators all hand-picked by Troy Guard, presenting a balance of known and up-and-coming brands.

The historic space will also house a show-stopping outdoor patio, perfect for outdoor dining and taking in the spectacular views of Pike’s Peak; an event space that can be customized for events large and small; and guests can look forward to live music and community events on a regular basis. Grange Hall is expected to open this August.

The micro-brewery, Little Dry Creek Brewery, will be helmed by Nash in collaboration with TRG Beverage Director Nikki Guard. Little Dry Creek, the actual water source feeding Grange Hall, is a short tributary of the South Platte River in Arapahoe County, Colorado and was the water source for farmers who settled in the Colorado plains, and began gathering at community centers like The Grange. Anecdotally, Little Dry Creek is where Green Russel found the first gold nugget that started the Colorado gold rush and created the city of Denver, so essentially, the microbrewery is using water enriched with GOLD to make its beer!
