Located on the corner of Ocean Avenue, Sushi Roku Santa Monica in Los Angeles debuts its all-new refresh. The iconic sushi restaurant, which has become a local mainstay for over 20 years, premieres its complete overhaul with redone interiors and a renovated patio for al fresco oceanfront dining. The dining room features all-new open-air windows for guests to enjoy seaside breezes and the best people watching on Ocean Avenue. The team is also hard at work at developing an all-new Omakase Bar experience coming soon.

Sushi Roku reimagines sushi and transforms it into a culinary art form. It’s prominent Santa Monica corner location across from IDG’s BOA Steakhouse, have both become the essential neighborhood hotspots where locals and visitors coexist. Adventurous, bold and unique, Sushi Roku is unlike any other restaurant in Santa Monica. Incorporating diverse, non-traditional ingredients from Latin America and Europe, Sushi Roku blends Japanese tradition with innovation for a one-of-a-kind dining experience.

“Being in an iconic westside location such as Ocean Avenue, we knew we had to take this location to the next level. We modernized the ocean-facing patio to capture the seaside breezes so our guests have the ultimate al fresco dining experience,” says Innovative Dining Group founder Lee Maen.

Rooted in Japanese tradition, their menu pioneers California influences with internationally inspired accents, like shaved black truffles and edible florals. Their master sushi chefs artfully design each dish to awe in flavor and presentation. While premium nigiri and sashimi abound, their menu also features a tantalizing array of inventive hot dishes made from top-quality, seasonal ingredients. Hand-selected to complement this cuisine is a large collection of sake, Japanese beer and whiskey, wine and custom crafted cocktails.
