Solita Tacos & Margaritas, from Xperience Restaurant Group (“XRG”), one of the nation’s leading operators of casual, polished casual, and fine dining Mexican restaurants, introduces a new venture–Solita On Wheels, a catering food truck. With several brick-and-mortar locations across Southern California and the country, Solita On Wheels represents the first catering food truck for Solita Tacos & Margaritas, available for booking at special events, including weddings and corporate parties.

“We pride ourselves on always looking for new ways to push our brands to evolve and keep things fresh and exciting for our loyal clientele,” says CEO of Xperience Restaurant Group, Randy Sharpe. “As we venture into this new business endeavor, being Solita’s first food truck operation, our guests will now have another way to experience Solita’s baja-fresh offerings beyond our brick-and-mortar locations.”
