Snooze an A.M. Eatery, the popular breakfast spot known for its innovative pancakes, vibrant and energetic atmosphere, and creative morning cocktails, is turning their annual National Pancake Day this year into a week-long celebration of pancake deliciousness. All locations will launch a special menu featuring a new pancake for each day from February 19–25, leading up to National Pancake Day. The full-on pancake overload features an all-star lineup, as seen below:

WED, FEB. 19

Texas Praline – Buttermilk pancake filled with brown sugar, topped with praline sauce, whipped marscapone and candied pecans

THURS, FEB. 20

Crème Brûlée – Buttermilk pancake filled with raw sugar, topped with vanilla custard and fresh berries

FRI, FEB. 21

Coffee N’ Donuts – Buttermilk pancake topped with a maple donut glaze, crushed pecans and a side of espresso vanilla crème (the Raver Flavor!)

SAT, FEB. 22

Local Garden Cake – Buttermilk pancake filled with zucchini and carrots, topped with Green Goddess spread and sambal sauce

SUN, FEB. 23

Strawberry Jack – Buttermilk pancake topped with lemon anglaise, fresh strawberries, whipped marscapone, and candied lemon

MON, FEB. 24

Cajun Cochon – Buttermilk pancake filled with Polidori andouille sausage (our long standing Pancake Day partner!), topped with bourbon maple syrup, Cajun butter, candied pecans and a sprig of fresh thyme

TUES, FEB. 25

King Cake – Happy Fat Tuesday! Buttermilk pancake topped with lemon anglaise, blueberry mascarpone, sweet cream, and traditional Mardi Gras colored raw sugar… and if you get lucky, you might win a Snooze prize!

Over the last 10 years, Snooze has tapped into the indulgent food holiday as a way to eat good and do good: throughout the week, 100% of sales from the Pancake of the Day will be donated to help develop and nurture a local garden in the community. Snooze staff and their families will also donate their time on April 23 when they return to the gardens to assist in planting and harvesting for their annual Garden Party, and guests are welcomed to join as well. To date, Snooze has donated over $120,000 to local gardens across the country. A full list of each community garden Snooze will be donating to is available upon request.

Snooze will celebrate National Pancake Week in all 41 locations throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, Texas, North Carolina, and most recently, Missouri, where it recently opened in Kansas City. A full list of locations can be found here. 

National Pancake Week will begin on Wednesday, February 19, and go through Tuesday, February 25. All Snooze locations will be open from 6:30 AM–2:30 PM, with the exception of Snooze Boulder, which will be open from 7 AM–3 PM.
