For the first time in the restaurant industry, Smokey Bones is giving baby back ribs the royal treatment. First by presenting a full rack of ribs in a festive crown shape, and then by lavishing the ribs with a limited time Crown Royal barbecue glaze. Two new handcrafted Crown Royal cocktails are also coming to the menu, making for a full dining experience. The new menu items are available beginning November 11.

Available for a limited time only, the Crown Royal Full Rack of Ribs are slow smoked in-house and crafted in a festive Crown Rack.  They are covered with a Deluxe Barbecue Sauce made with Crown Royal and topped with crispy onion tanglers and served with choice of two regular sides and garlic bread.

The Blackberry Palmer is made with Crown Royal Deluxe Whisky, Disaronno, Monin blackberry syrup, fresh squeezed lemon, and house-brewed iced tea, while the Vanilla Spiced Old Fashion is made with Crown Royal Deluxe Whisky, Monin vanilla spice syrup, Angostura bitters, and a Filthy Black Cherry.

“The limited edition Crown Royal cocktails and rack of ribs are rich in flavor and a great addition to our menu as we enter the holiday season,” says CEO James O’Reilly.  “Our guests are asking for unique craft cocktails they can pair with their meal or enjoy during cocktail hour, and the Blackberry Palmer and Vanilla Spiced Old Fashion along with the Crown Royal rack of ribs are a perfect match.”

Smokey Bones has also added a Texas style beef rib to the menu for a limited time.  Slow-smoked Texas style and ultra-tender, the giant 2-lb. beef rib is served with sweet and smokey potato wedges, red wine demi-glace, housemade chimichurri, garlic bread, and choice of an additional side.

“The Giant Beef Rib is our latest love letter to meat lovers all across the country,” says O’Reilly.

The Giant Beef Rib is available in very limited quantities and Smokey Bones locations are accepting telephone reservations for this extra special menu item.
