Sixteen at Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago announced the appointment of Adam Stark to Restaurant Manager of the acclaimed, two Michelin-starred restaurant.

Stark joins an impressive team that includes Executive Chef Nick Dostal, Executive Pastry Chef Evan Sheridan and Sommelier Parag Lalit. In harmony with his colleagues, Stark is passionate about creating an unmatched and impressionable experience for each guest through his position. He believes that quality guest service is best achieved by humility, with the guest’s importance being the crux of a successful dining experience.

Previously, Stark gained valuable practice at renowned dining establishments including Alinea restaurant, his first stint in front-of-house operations. He later became expeditor at Grace upon the three Michelin-starred restaurant’s opening and eventually moved into the position of captain.

Stark is pleased to continue growing his passion for fine dining at Sixteen, and complementing Chef Dostal, Chef Sheridan and Sommelier Lalit’s work with seamless dining room service.
