Rib & Chop House, Finally Restaurant Group’s flagship concept known for its sizzling comfort food, Louisiana-inspired flavors and Rocky Mountain Hospitality, announced the launch of its franchise program aimed at steadily growing the chain’s regional footprint. With a robust menu appealing to a wide range of demographics and dining occasions, Rib & Chop House has become a go-to restaurant in communities across the Rocky Mountains for more than 20 years, and is well-positioned to leverage its deep guest loyalty in both existing and new markets.

The company is actively looking for franchise partners across the country, specifically in the midwest and south, in areas with between 50k-200k population and a high concentration of apartments, hotels and entertainment offerings. Site requirements include:

  • Freestanding locations from 6,000-7,000 sq./ft.
  • Endcap locations with 5,000-plus sq./ft.

Along with a core menu of the highest-quality Certified Angus Beef®, Ribs and a robust wine cellar, Rib & Chop House also draws inspiration from New Orleans, with offerings including Louisiana Pasta Jambalaya and house made Gumbo.

Additionally, the brand recently launched the most innovative guest loyalty program in the casual dining space; the Rib & Chop House Royalty Card. Incentivizing its most frequent diners, the $600 Royalty Card, billed monthly at $50, provides diners a 10% discount on food, liquor, beer and wine, and most importantly, priority waitlist status, ensuring the first available table is theirs when they arrive. The program is nearly ‘sold out’ at every location, with members averaging five visits per month, and spending 14% more per visit compared to non-Royalty Card holders.

“After more than two decades of providing our unique combination of Louisiana-inspired flavors and Rocky Mountain Hospitality, the time is right to launch our franchising program,” says Yaron Goldman, CEO of Rib & Chop House. “The brand has tremendous momentum and a best-in-class operation; one that has been refined and polished over the years. We’re looking forward to partnering with operators who are looking to bring this iconic restaurant property to their town.”
