A staggering one in six children lives with hunger in America. This month, Red Robin is joining the fight to help end childhood hunger by donating 10 cents for every kids meal sold in restaurants through Dec. 31 to No Kid Hungry. With just $1, No Kid Hungry can connect children to 10 nutritious meals, and Red Robin is committed to donating a minimum of $100,000 to provide at least one million meals to those in need.

“In this season of giving, Red Robin is making our communities better by giving back to children who need help getting healthy food,” says Denny Marie Post, president and CEO at Red Robin. “While we are thankful for families who are able to enjoy an affordable meal whenever they choose in our restaurants, we also want to serve those in need. We chose to partner with No Kid Hungry, a leader in the fight against childhood hunger. Together, our teams will make a difference.”

Red Robin’s craveable kids’ menu is packed with YUMMM. Guests 11 and under can choose from nine delicious entrées served with a bottomless beverage (1 percent milk, 100 percent juices and Minute Maid Lemonade) and a bottomless side (steak fries, steamed broccoli, side salad, Freckled Fruit Salad and more), which means free refills. Some of Red Robin’s kids’ menu offerings include:

  • Red’s Cheeseburger: A classic beef, grilled chicken, turkey or veggie patty topped with American cheese and lettuce, tomatoes and pickles on the side
  • Bottomless Mac It Yours: Classic-style mac and cheese and creamy cheese sauce with unlimited refills
  • Cluck-A-Doodles: Three classic crispy chicken tenders with a choice dipping sauce

Funds raised through every kids’ meal purchased at Red Robin restaurants throughout December will support No Kid Hungry’s work to connect children to effective nutrition programs and create public-private partnerships that identify and break down barriers to giving children access to meals.
