Puttshack, the world’s only upscale tech-infused mini golf experience with global food and drink, has announced today that it has signed a new lease in the heart of Boston’s Seaport, one of the most vibrant and dynamic neighborhoods in the country. The location is expected to open in early 2022.
Strategically located within the development, Puttshack will attract everyone looking for a great night out by filling its more than 26,000 square feet with four tech-driven, highly competitive mini golf courses, powered by the brand’s leading patented Trackaball technology that keeps score for you as you play. The game play is matched by an innovative, globally inspired dining menu and full cocktail bar. The upscale entertainment space will be accentuated by floor to ceiling windows for a seriously cool vibe.
“Boston has always been a priority market for us, and we can’t wait to bring the Puttshack experience to such an energetic part of this historic city,” says Dave Diamond, President of Puttshack. “As we look to expand coast-to-coast, this announcement is another huge milestone in our growth plans.”
Located off of Seaport Boulevard within WS Development’s 33-acre development and planning to open in Q1 2022, the new Puttshack location will be ideally situated within this dynamic area composed of residential, hotel, office, retail, entertainment, civic and cultural uses and within a half-mile of the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center.
Puttshack successfully opened its first U.S. location at Atlanta’s The Interlock in April, joining the brand’s three booming London locations and already proving very popular. Puttshack plans to open Oak Brook, Ill., in Fall 2021, and Miami soon after. The brand recently signed a lease in Nashville’s The Gulch neighborhood at the site of the old Gibson Guitar factory, expected to open Q3 2023, and is preparing to announce multiple new U.S. locations that plan to open in 2022.
Already proven in attracting the younger target demographic, the Puttshack team is continuing its strategic expansion plans, identifying optimal locations in top MSAs across the U.S. Puttshack is represented nationally by Mat Focht and Robert Johnson of Emerging Concepts http://emergingconcepts.com/.
