Opening July 8 inside Tuscany Suites & Casino in Las Vegas, craft beer haven PUB 365 will serve elevated pub fare inspired by unique and dynamic craft beer flavor profiles.

In addition to delighting beer lovers with an impressive selection of craft beer, the restaurant will satisfy appetites with craveable small bites, grilled flatbreads, iconic burgers, famous tacos, entrées, and sweets. The diverse menu, developed with input from Chef Carlos Buscaglia of Due Forni, infuses the flavors of craft beer in unexpected recipes throughout the culinary experience.

Diners can start their meal by choosing from tempting small bites, such as IPA Nachos featuring house-made chips topped with an IPA cheese blend; Poutine, made with crispy fries, Wisconsin cheese curds, black Angus gravy, pulled pork and a fried egg; and Loco Mac & Queso with Fusilli pasta, a house chorizo and a three-cheese blend.

Lighter fare continues with PUB 365’s original spin on grilled flatbreads; sharable baskets of pub favorites such as beer-battered onion rings and Portobello fries; and locally world-famous tacos. Offerings include Prosciutto Flatbread layered with tomato sauce, wild arugula, blue cheese cream and hot pepper vincotto; Chorizo and Corn Flatbread with house chorizo, roasted corn, mozzarella and cilantro; Korean Short Rib tacos topped with kimchi, pickled carrots and red onions; and Baja Fish tacos served with stout beer-battered cod, cabbage, cilantro and spicy mayo.

The pub’s menu would not be complete without a wide selection of iconic burgers made with a variety of patties to satisfy all taste buds. Among the mouthwatering burger options are Manhattan, Montana a bison burger, with sautéed pastrami, pickles, Menonita cheese and spicy mustard; Mac ‘N’ Cheesy, a black Angus beef patty topped with creamy mac and cheese, marinated tomatoes and cheddar; signature Unicorn Burger, a black Angus burger with cheddar cheese, lettuce, marinated tomato, Tabasco pickles and beer-battered onion rings; Swine & Slaw, a pulled pork sandwich topped with cilantro, pickled jalapeño and maple barbecue sauce; and a vegetarian option, Señor Bean, a black bean and quinoa burger with avocado and wild arugula.

Entrée highlights include a Gaucho Steak, a flavorful skirt steak served with chimichurri sauce; PUB 365’s take on classic fish & chips, the Frying Nemo made with beer-battered Alaskan cod; and IPA-marinated Drunken Chicken. In addition, diners can complement their meal with the perfect brew from the restaurant’s evolving list of 365 craft beers. Cicerone-certified beer servers will guide guests to the best beer, wine or cocktail choices depending on their order.

The experience ends on a sweet note as diners can choose from an enticing desserts menu with dangerously-addictive offerings such as a Churro Waffle served with Malaga ice cream and rum caramel, the Donut Burger complete with chocolate ice cream, strawberry jam and whipped cream and a S’mores Flatbread. A collection of alcohol-infused shakes including Chocolate Stout Shake with vanilla ice cream, chocolate and Sam Smith Stout and a Peanut Butter Shake with chocolate ice cream, peanut butter and Evan Williams Bourbon complements the dessert menu.
