Ponderosa & Bonanza Steakhouses introduced four new, juicy burgers crafted to capture the sizzlin’ flavors of summer. Guests can feast on the all-new Mushroom Swiss Burger, BBQ Bacon Burger, Buffalo Bleu Burger and A-1 Steakhouse Burger from July 1 through September 5 at participating locations.

Served with a choice of steak fries or a baked potato, each new burger is flame grilled to perfection, seasoned with the franchise’s classic Steak Seasoning and complete with a variety of mouth-watering toppings. Customers can dig in with the Mushroom Swiss Burger, topped with Swiss cheese and sautéed mushrooms, or indulge in the BBQ Bacon Burger, which pairs tangy Honey BBQ sauce with thick bacon slices and cheddar cheese. Patrons can also satisfy their hunger with the A-1 Steakhouse Burger, smothered in rich A-1 Steak Sauce with honey, and finished with American cheese and sauteed onions, or opt for the Buffalo Bleu Burger, which brings the heat with a spicy Buffalo Bleu Sauce, bleu cheese crumbles, and creamy ranch dressing.
