Blending bold bourbon, and sweet maple, fans can experience a taste of Bourbon Street right from their tables at Ponderosa and Bonanza Steakhouses with the new Bourbon Maple Glazed Six-Ounce Center Cut Top Sirloin with Grilled Shrimp, Bourbon Maple Glazed Bacon Cheeseburger, and the Bourbon Maple Glazed 10-ounce Ribeye Combo. Available now through April 14 at participating locations, the new entrees also include a brand-new seafood option for the steakhouses, salmon, with the Bourbon Maple Glazed Salmon.

The flavors of Mardi Gras do not end there! Fans can also enjoy a buffet loaded with New Orleans-inspired cuisine, including Bourbon Maple Glazed Baked Chicken, Bourbon Maple Glazed Pulled Pork, Bourbon Maple Glazed Wings, Roasted Parmesan Red Potatoes, Cajun Seasoned Green Beans, and New Orleans Style Bread Pudding.
