Nine-time James Beard Award-winning One Off Hospitality (avec, The Publican, Big Star, The Violet Hour, etc.) announced they are now bringing their dining scene to doorsteps across the country with the launch of One Off At Home. The new nationwide delivery service ships freshly-packed cooking kits throughout the US.

Executive Chef/Partner Paul Kahan, who has earned multiple James Beard awards (“2013 Outstanding Chef in the Country,” and “2004 Best Chef: Great Lakes”), has put together a collection of made-from-scratch meal kits with the goal to bring people together over dishes they love, at their own kitchen table.

“This is something we’ve been wanting to do for years,” says Kahan. “I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been asked if we can ship the avec dates to someone’s aunt in Oregon, or someone wants to send PQM bacon to their dad in Michigan. Folks have a connection to these dishes, and I feel good about the fact that we are able to deliver a small piece of comfort to people right now.”

Highlights of the menu include avec’s famous Chorizo-stuffed Medjool Dates. Plus, there’s also complete meal options like The Publican Farm Chicken marinated in Espelette pepper, Mexican oregano and lemon, served with summer sausage and roasted potatoes. 

For those looking to bring the group’s artisanal butcher shop experience home, the PQM Butcher Box is what’s for dinner. Featuring meats from an array of local purveyors across the Midwest, like Slagel Family Farm New York Strip Steaks, PQM Maple Bacon, and more, all meats are hand-selected by Head Butcher Rob Levitt.

Each One Off At Home kit ships free across the US (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) and arrives with freshly prepped ingredients, hand-packed within insulated liners and ice packs to ensure all items stay fresh and cool.
