North Italia is celebrating the season with its Summer Sips campaign featuring 14 limited edition cocktails created by the restaurant’s top bartenders across the country from east to west coast, in addition to debuting a limited-time Happy Hour cocktail and food to-go menu.
 
LIMITED EDITION COCKTAILS: 
Priced at $18 each, these bevvies were thoughtfully created by North Italia mixologists from across the country who drew inspiration from classic cocktails like the Blue Hawaiian, Vodka Gimlets and Whiskey Sours––drinks the team has been enjoying since their 21st birthday as a cheeky nod to North Italia turning 21 this year. While each location is showcasing a cocktail that was specially made for their region, the following three cocktails are available for dine-in only at all North Italia locations across the U.S. beginning today through September 4: 
 
  • DOLCE FIORE | Rose Infused Aviation Gin, Fiorente, Starlino Rosé and Lemon
  • Created by North Italia Irvine’s lead bartender, Brian Claxton
  • AMARENA SOUR | Yellowstone Bourbon, Disaronno, Grand Marnier, Luxardo Cherry, Pressed Lemon
  • Created by North Italia King of Prussia’s lead bartender, Christian Williams
  • IL CIELO | Vulcanica Sicilian Vodka, Fiorente, Blue Curacao and Lemon
  • Created by North Italia Houston’s lead bartenders, Nicholas Fritch and Daniel Garska
 
 
HAPPY HOUR TO-GO:
Exclusive available from July 3 – July 29 and varying at select locations across the country, North Italia will offer a curated Happy Hour menu featuring a selection of signature craft cocktails and shareable plates, available for guests to order to-go or order via DoorDash. A snapshot of North Italia’s Happy Hour To-Go drink offerings includes their Espresso Martini, Pomegranate Mule, Sicilian Margarita, and select bottles of wine, and food items include their Zucca chips, White Truffle Bread, and Chef’s Board.
