Noble Food & Pursuits announced the reopening of Rooster’s Wood-Fired Kitchen in Uptown Charlotte on June 18, 2021.

“It has been a long road to reopening but we couldn’t be happier to welcome guests to Rooster’s Uptown,” says Jim Noble, owner of Noble Food & Pursuits. “This location has been a staple for Uptown residents, visitors, and businesses since 2012, and we can’t wait to see everyone again.”

The restaurant closed September 30, 2019 due to a fire in the kitchen’s hood system. Upon opening, Rooster’s Wood-Fired Kitchen will be open for dinner, Tuesday – Saturday, at 5:00 p.m. As more businesses bring employees back to Uptown offices, Rooster’s plans to add lunch service.

Guests will enjoy the comforting dishes from garden, sea, and pasture that Rooster’s is known for, including Joyce Farms rotisserie chicken, hanger steak with veal jus and beurre monte, grilled salmon with lemon butter, fried oysters, roasted chicken pizza, mushroom and campo de montalban pizza, Margaux’s succotash, mac and cheese, and Joyce Farms pasture raised burger.
