The National Mango Board invites professional chefs, dietitians, and foodservice directors working in commercial and non-commercial foodservice operations to enter its Mangover Your Menu recipe contest.
Designed to showcase the versatility of fresh mango, the contest will award three cash prizes. Entries in appetizer, salad, and entrée categories will be accepted through April 30.
Contest entrants are asked to share original fresh mango recipes that are innovative, tasty, attractive, and practical for foodservice. Recipes can be an item on a menu or a dish created especially for this contest.
