Michelin-starred chef Patti Jackson announced a new catering company, Kitchen at Shale Hill Farm, serving the Hudson Valley and New York City. Chef Patti (former Chef/Owner of Michelin starred Delaware & Hudson and former Executive Chef of I Trulli, both in New York City) partners with Dallas Gilpin (owner of The Dutch Ale House and Windmill Wine & Spirits in Saugerties, NY) to bring unmatched quality catering that is thoughtful and ensures to make the most of local Hudson Valley ingredients and cooked with seasonality, creativity, and technique in mind.

Kitchen at Shale Hill Farm offers catering for events ranging from large weddings or charity events to at-home cocktail parties or dinners and everything in between. In addition, Patti and Dallas partner with prolific event planner Jenny Oz LeRoy, owner of Oz Farm and Jenny Oz Events, for event planning needs. Jenny has planned hundreds of events and has been featured in The New York Times, Crains, New York Magazine, among others. Kitchen at Shale Hill Farms also utilizes Saugerties-based, Windmill Wine & Spirits for all custom beverage program needs.

Chef Patti works with farms and vendors such as Highland, Black Horse, Hepworth and Minard to bring her elegant, technique-driven food to events of all sizes. Menus range from passed hors d’oeuvres to family-style meals to dessert stations to custom menus created by Chef Patti and the client. Kitchen at Shale Hill Farm is based in Saugerties, New York and is currently accepting bookings for events from January 1, 2020 and beyond. Prices start at $100 per person.
