As part of the continued partnership between The Betsy—South Beach and renowned Chef Laurent Tourondel, LT Steak & Seafood will open in early June as the crown jewel of the hotel’s culinary evolution.

The opening of LT Steak & Seafood marks an important culinary evolution for the hotel, which speaks to the overall expansion of The Betsy, which will preserve the hotel’s commitment to a high level of intimate, personalized service and meaningful enhancements to the guest experience. The hotel’s expansion and the opening of additional culinary outlets overseen by Laurent Tourondel are scheduled for the fall of 2016.
