Fresh-casual restaurant, Tocaya Organica, will officially open the doors to its stunning flagship location at the newly redeveloped Westfield Century City in Los Angeles March 16. Located on the second level across from AMC Theatres, the 4,000 square foot space will debut the brand’s evolution in design, featuring a new open floor plan and kitchen. Expect an airy and bright atmosphere with high ceilings and a spacious dining and lounge area with comfortable seating. Tall sliding glass window panels will seamlessly open up the space to its outdoor patio lined with living succulents. For the first time, the Modern Organic Mexican restaurant will display an open kitchen, adding a visual element for its guests. Keeping in line with Tocaya Organica’s signature design, modern simplicity will be echoed in the white marble table tops, brass accents and vibrant-colored mosaic tiles.

“We’ve taken everything we’ve learned thus far to create a thoughtfully-curated space optimized for both the customer and employee experience. Our Century City location represents the starting point in the next evolution of our brand as we continue to grow. From our designated third-party pick up queue and facilitated beverage grab-and-go to the new open kitchen concept, we’ve elevated each component to make sure every aspect of the restaurant is improved,” says Tosh Berman CEO and co-founder of The Madera Group.

Tocaya Organica’s versatile menu using locally-sourced organic ingredients takes a unique vegan-first approach to their salads, tacos, bowls and burritos, while giving non-vegans the ability to opt in with their choice of grass-fed meat, free-range chicken and fish that is fresh, never frozen.

Century City marks the fifth Los Angeles location for the rapidly expanding fresh-casual eatery, which is set to have 16 stores by the end of this year. Tocaya Organica Century City will be open daily for lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. with happy hour to roll out soon.
