Hospitality Group K2 Restaurants, owned by John Kolaski, announces two additional concept partnerships with threetime James Beard Award nominee Graham Elliot, and Umbrella Hospitality Group Executive Chef, David Lespron, for the recently revealed next gen food hall SocialEats within The Gallery Santa Monica. Graham Elliot will develop the menu for Petit Harvest by Graham Elliot, a new farm to table concept led by the chef. David Lespron will create the menu for Street Noods, a fast casual noodle bar inspired by the vibrancy of bustling Asian night markets. Both Petit Harvest and Street Noods will debut this July joining a lineup of eateries within SocialEats including Fuku from Momofuku, Supertoro (a K2 original Japanese fast casual sushi bar in partnership with SuperTrio Restaurants), Cada Vez (a Spanish pintxos counter), and Adelaide Coffeebar (a daytime coffee meets cookie bar featuring Vittoria Coffee turned wine bar at night).

“We’re honored to collaborate with both Chef Graham Elliot and Umbrella Hospitality Group to introduce Petit Harvest and Street Noods to the city of Santa Monica,” says John Kolaski. “Each partners’ unique expertise will allow guests to enjoy a highly curated, yet approachable experience at every counter within SocialEats.”

Petit Harvest and Street Noods further expand K2 Restaurant’s portfolio of existing concepts within SocialEats and The Gallery as a whole, which also includes Azulé Taqueria, a beach inspired street taco shop, STRFSH, a fast-casual fish sandwich shop in partnership with the Voltaggio Brothers, and Paperboy Pizza, a rock n’ roll neighborhood pizzeria in partnership with Jeremy Fall.

Launched in 2018 by hospitality veteran John Kolaski, K2 is headquartered in Los Angeles with operations across the United States.
