JINYA Ramen Bar, a Burbank, California based concept that has become wildly popular throughout the United States and Canada, specializing in the innovative combination of gourmet noodles, authentic toppings and specialty broth, announced it will be opening its second location at 11964 Market Street in Reston.

After the successful opening of the first Virginia location in Fairfax in 2016 and the two Washington-area locations, JINYA Ramen Bar is now expanding to the trendy, up-and-coming neighborhood of Reston. Being in close proximity to the Dulles International Airport, tourists and local residents alike will soon be able to experience shareable Japanese plates. The ramen-centric menu features hand-made Tonkotsu ramen noodles, 13 signature bowls, five kinds of signature broth and 25-plus toppings. The secret behind JINYA’s delicious bowls of ramen lies in the broth. The broth is simmered in FUJI water for 10 hours to preserve every ounce of flavor and guarantee it is 99.9% free of impurities. There are countless combinations to accommodate every palate. Locals will want to work their way through the menu including tasteful tapas to enjoy on the side.

JINYA Ramen Bar was named after a Samurai castle in a small town in Japan.
