Jack's Farm to Fork, Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina new restaurant in Fort Myers, Florida, welcomes diners looking to indulge in fresh island flavors with a side of stunning views.

The Fort Myers beachside restaurant has launched an ever-changing menu that puts the freshest seafood, locally raised meats, fruits, and vegetables at center stage.

"Diners get a sense of local connection when indulging in foods that come from our own community," says Dave Rashty, chef de cuisine at Jack's Farm to Fork. "This also allows our team to get creative, embracing the intriguing ingredients we receive and accommodating them on a menu that changes weekly—and sometimes even daily."

With a menu constantly reflecting what products are in season, resort guests and local diners will get a different experience with every visit. The menu pays homage to the farms from which the fare was provided. Among the nearby purveyors sourced for products are Herban Gardens for produce; Maverick Meats for beef, lamb, pork, and poultry; Trico Shrimp Co. and Seafood Market for fish and seafood; and Walker Farms for honey.

Guests will love beginning with the classic ceviche small plates, followed by a fresh salad or chilled soup. For the main course, the Fort Myers Beach restaurant will tempt taste buds with its selection of scallops, snapper, and gulf shrimp. Roasted chicken and bone-in filet beef are also available for non-seafood lovers. To finish off the feast, foodies can end the evening with a classic crème brûlée, or shake things up with the brie and chocolate grilled cheese. A selection of fine wines, craft cocktails, refreshing beers, and spirits pair perfectly with each dish.

When not savoring their menu selections, guests will be satisfied as they enjoy the restaurant's serene setting. Jack's Farm to Fork provides indoor and outdoor seating overlooking sugary-white sand and the calming waves of the Gulf of Mexico.
