Iron Hill isn’t just spreading the cheer this holiday season; it’s savoring it with carefully crafted holiday dishes and festive beers! Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant invites guests to take a break after the hustle & bustle of the holidays to enjoy a handcrafted Season’s Eatings menu with excellent holiday dishes and seasonal beer favorites.
Experience the magic of the holidays with Iron Hill’s holiday-themed seasonal craft beers, including Reindeer’s Revenge, Yule Lager, Winter Warmer, and Spruce Moose, available while supplies last.
Iron Hill is also adding five brand-new dishes for a short time to help guests celebrate the season. The Pistachio Crusted Goat Cheese Salad ($9.99)with baby arugula, baby spinach, dried cherries, shaved granny smith apple, and cherry-bourbon vinaigrettepairs perfectly with the Winter Warmer, an expertly crafted ale made with classic winter spices.
Also on the holiday menu is a Short Rib Arancini ($16.99) with provolone, vodka sauce, pecorino Romano, and crispy basil. This delicious sharable dish pairs well with Iron Hill’s holiday IPA, Spruce Moose.
The Grilled NY Strip Steak ($32.99) with smashed Yukon gold potatoes, grilled asparagus, roasted cherry tomatoes, and shallot-cracked pepper demi-glace, makes for the perfect entrée, especially when paired with the Pig Iron Porter, an Iron Hill classic served year-round.
For seafood lovers, Iron Hill is offering Seared Sea Scallops ($29.99) with butternut squash risotto, sweet peas, bacon, pea shoots, and champagne cream sauce, as well as Crab Cakes ($31.99)served with almond romesco, sautéed asparagus, roasted fingerling potatoes, and a delicious garlic lemon aioli. The holiday seafood options can be paired with the Vienna Red Lager and Reindeer’s Revenge.
