Los Angeles-based hospitality firm, Innovative Dining Group (IDG), announces three new restaurant openings slated for 2023. On the heels of the much anticipated fall opening of Sushi Roku and BOA Steakhouse located in Manhattan Village in Manhattan Beach, the group is excited to continue their aggressive growth and innovation plans in the coming months.

The expansion will include IDG’s iconic restaurant concept Sushi Roku’s footprint to seven US locations starting with it’s first location in Silicon Valley’s Palo Alto located at the Stanford Shopping Center adjacent to Stanford University.  Sushi Roku Austin is set to break ground this winter and will be located at 405 S. Colorado in Downtown Austin, Texas in partnership with Brandywine Trust’s beautiful new skyrise. Global fan favorite and top dining destination, BOA Steakhouse, adds to the planned growth with a spring opening in Austin, at 300 W. 6th. Street under 300,000 square feet of Meta (Facebook) offices. 

Sushi Roku and BOA Steakhouse are set to open in the tech-forward markets of Palo Alto and Austin in 2023, adding to their already rapid growth in the Western region. (Los Angeles, Manhattan Beach, Orange County, Scottsdale, Las Vegas).
