Seasoned with authenticity, the new gluten free sausages from Hillshire Farm deliver an improved product to meet changing culinary and dietary demands.

The sausages are natural casing links (polska kielbasa, polish sausage, and smoked sausage) and natural casing endless rope (endless polska kielbasa, endless smoked sausage, and Black Oak smoked sausage). The meat blends are hand-stuffed in small batches into natural casings for a “fork-ready” texture.

The sausages join a full line of Hillshire Farm American & Ethnic sausages including chorizo, andouille, Italian, and bratwurst.
