“Can’t Stop the Music” is Hard Rock International’s invitation to Hard Rock and Seminole Gaming team members to enter an internal company contest with a grand prize of $10,000 cash.

To enter, team members compose and submit a custom playlist of 100 songs and rank their top 10 songs on the playlist.  The winning playlist will be featured on Hard Rock’s Spotify Channel and played at select Hard Rock locations.

The contest, which launches today, is Hard Rock’s way of reminding all team members to celebrate music as the universal language, especially during times of trouble. The first Hard Rock Cafe opened in London in 1971.  The company employs 55,000 team members around the world. Seminole Gaming employs nearly 15,000 team members in Florida.

“This is a great way for our team members to have fun during a tough time,” said Jim Allen, Chairman of Hard Rock International and CEO of Seminole Gaming.  “We want to engage them and spark their creativity while they are staying safe at home with their families and friends.”

In addition to the $10,000 cash prize, other top prizes include a 4-night stay at any all-inclusive Hard Rock resort, guitars signed by Jennifer Lopez and a $1,000 gift card for Hard Rock’s online Rock Shop.

The deadline to enter the contest is June 1, 2020.  The top five winners will be selected at random under the impartial guidance of Deloitte, the multinational accounting organization.

The “Can’t Stop the Music” team member contest is a component of Hard Rock’s “Can’t Stop the Music” campaign that provides fun and healthy ways to encourage consumers and team members to stay safe at home.  Campaign elements include Rock Om™ yoga, online cooking classes with Hard Rock chefs and live streaming concerts with well-known artists on the Hard Rock Hotels and Casinos Facebook page.
