Gordon Biersch fans will soon be able to explore flavors from an all-new elevated menu crafted with excellence.

The new and improved full menu will provide guests with dishes featuring the highest quality ingredients crafted by chefs with the same care and passion that is reflected in Gordon Biersch’s beer. Featuring familiar favorites with a mix of unique, signature items that complement the brewed-on site-beer, Gordon Biersch’s menu showcases a mix of eclectic American dishes and select German favorites that balance the nuanced flavors of its beer to create a one-of-a-kind, pairing-based culinary experience.

Gordon Biersch’s new menu will provide guests with premium dishes, like Stacked Ribs with Märzen BBQ Sauce, Chicken Schnitzel Sliders, Wagyu Meatballs, Fire-Grilled Artichokes, Twisted Tenders, Tuna Poke Rice Bowl, Philly Cheesesteak, Crispy Chicken Schnitzel, Korean Chicken Pizza and more.

Gordon Biersch’s menu is available for dine-in, to-go, catering, and delivery and compliments its award-winning beers that are brewed fresh on site at each of its local breweries every week.
