Galpão Gaucho’s rodizio experience offers an unparalleled dining experience, featuring 18 expertly grilled meats, including the new 24-karat Golden Steak™, paired with unlimited visits to an extensive 45-item gourmet salad bar. Priced at $55 for weekday lunch and $75 for dinner and weekends, this two-course all-you-can-enjoy menu promises an unforgettable culinary journey.
In keeping with the warm hospitality of Southern Brazil, guests at Galpão Gaucho are welcomed by a dedicated staff, an inviting atmosphere, and a thoughtfully designed interior featuring custom pieces from Brazil. Upon arrival, a server dressed in traditional blue and red Gaucho attire will guide guests to their table and introduce them to the rodizio experience. To explain this unique and attentive style of service, the server will demonstrate the use of a coaster that signals service preference: turning it to green invites a meat chef with a skewer to serve at the guest’s desired temperature, while turning it to red pauses the service, allowing guests to enjoy at their own pace.
Designed for both small dinner reservations and grand celebrations, Galpão Gaucho seamlessly blends rustic charm with modern elegance, creating a sophisticated dining experience. Natural materials like granite and wood, rich tones, stone and wood accents, expansive windows and semi-private corners create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The versatile 9,800-square-foot space accommodates a range of special occasions, including wedding receptions, corporate events, graduations, family reunions and holiday gatherings.
The restaurant is located at Venture Park at 1830 Main St., near John Wayne Airport. Hours of operation are as follows: lunch is served Monday through Friday from 11:30am-2:30pm; dinner is Monday through Thursday from 5-9:30pm, Friday from 5-10pm, Saturday from noon-10pm, and Sunday from Noon-9pm.
To celebrate the new Irvine location, a private ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening will take place in the coming weeks.
