Galpão Gaucho, the authentic and top-rated Brazilian Steakhouse unveils a new 24-karat Golden Steak to its renowned rodizio menu. The decadent new offering is now available at all seven U.S. locations.

Galpão Gaucho remains steadfast in its commitment to innovating its unparalleled selection of meat, meticulously and masterfully crafting this new steak offering, which expands their repertoire to a total of 18 cuts. Connoisseurs of Brazilian cuisine can indulge in the Golden Steak as part of the unlimited rodizio experience, priced at $55 for weekday lunch and $75 for dinner and weekend service in California and Nevada; and $73 for dinner and weekend service in South Carolina.

The Golden Steak, which is the noble part of the top sirloin, showcases the finest prime beef exquisitely enveloped in 24-karat gold foil and expertly seasoned with salt. The sumptuous, top portion of the sirloin is adorned with the gilded foil. Guests are welcomed by a bespoke cart, presenting the Golden cut in all its splendor, while a skilled gaucho (meat chef) artfully carves their luxurious meat selection with a golden knife. The Golden Steak rests on a Himalayan Salt Block, which adds an extra sizzling, salty flavor to the meat, retains the temperature while the meat is being served, and is rich in a variety of nutrients and minerals.

“We are the first Brazilian Steakhouse in the U.S. to unveil a meat cut as unique as the 24-karat Golden Steak as a complimentary addition to our rodizio menu,” says Jovani Gava, director of operations at Galpão Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse.

“The introduction of our 18th meat cut coincides with our eighth anniversary, marking a significant milestone since our debut in Napa in 2016. This achievement is a testament to the loyalty of our Brazilian Steakhouse enthusiasts, and we’re thrilled to celebrate this momentous occasion with such an opulent menu addition,” added Gava.

Galpão Gaucho extends an invitation to guests, whether they arrive as an intimate couple or as part of an elegant gathering, to luxuriate in the Golden Steak during their rodizio experience. This culinary journey includes 17 other distinctive cuts of meat, encompassing beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and seafood. Guests orchestrate the rhythm of their gastronomic adventure using a card – flipping it to green for the gauchos to deftly carve skewers tableside, and red to momentarily pause the service, allowing time to savor each delectable bite.

To complement the magnificent 18 meat cut varieties and true to the Southern Brazilian menu, Galpão Gaucho offers a gourmet salad bar that features 45 items, including hearts of palm, artichoke hearts, sweet beets, asparagus, imported cheeses, and cured meats. At the table, guests are greeted with delicacies served tableside such as the beloved cheese bread starter, and accompaniments like garlic mashed potatoes, caramelized bananas, traditional rice and black beans. Indulgent desserts, including Papaya Cream, Chocolate Molten, and Brazilian Pudim, also graze the menu. Additionally, patrons may enhance their dining experience with a Caipirinha, Brazil’s official cocktail. Guests can also select from an extensive and sophisticated wine list, showcasing a curated selection of international wines from prestigious regions across ten different countries, encompassing both Old World and New World varietals. The collection features iconic labels, rare and sought-after bottles from esteemed producers, award-winning vintages, and exclusive offerings from boutique wineries.
