Ford’s Garage, a budding burger-and-craft-beer franchise inspired by Henry Ford himself, is celebrating summer with limited-time BBQ menu offerings – including a half-pound burger, wrapped shrimp, baby back ribs, salad and more.
The new items are available through October 3rd at all 20 Ford’s Garage locations across the country.
“Based on some of our past innovations, we know that our customers are looking for crave-able BBQ dishes. With this inspiration, we developed this menu all about BBQ inspired items,” said Jessica Tomlinson, Ford’s Garage corporate chef. “Many memorable BBQ dishes combine sweet and heat together, and that combination of flavors come together on the featured burger, the Sweet Heat Burger.”
The new menu items include:
Sweet Heat Burger: Half-Pound Grilled Black Angus with Blackened Seasoning, Candied Pork Belly, Tillamook® Pepper Jack Cheese, Chipotle BBQ Sauce, Chopped Romaine, and Fresh Jalapeno Peppers on a Brioche Bun. Served with Ford’s Fries.
BBQ Bacon Shrimp: Juicy Shrimp Wrapped in Bacon and Served over Mango Salsa. Drizzled with Bourbon BBQ Sauce.
The 3-Speed Platter: Half Rack of Baby Back Ribs, Brisket Burnt Ends, and Smoked Andouille Sausage. Served with Ford’s Fries and Choice of Bourbon BBQ or Chipotle BBQ Sauce.
The 2-Speed Platter: Half Rack of Baby Back Ribs and Choice of Brisket Burnt Ends or Smoked Andouille Sausage. Served with Ford’s Fries and Choice of Bourbon BBQ or Chipotle BBQ Sauce.

Key Lime Pie: House-made Key Lime Custard in a Graham Cracker Crust, Served with Freshly Whipped Cream.
Sidecar Susie: New Amsterdam Peach Vodka, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, Freshly-Squeezed Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, Topped and Served with the Remaining High Noon Peach Can on the Side.
The Blinker: New Amsterdam Pineapple Vodka, Shaken with Fresh Mangos, Habanero Lime, and Freshly-Squeezed Lemon Juice with a Sugar Rim.
