Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar announced the launch of its new limited time menu, Taste of Summer. Fleming’s has crafted two sensational dishes that showcase the fresh, fun flavors of the season: a Pickled Nectarine & Smoky Corn Salad, and a Filet & Maitake Leek Confit entrée. Each course captures the essence of summer, from fresh and sweet to a feel-good fusion of rich and earthy. 

Guests can also choose to enhance their experience even further by upgrading and adding a trio of succulent Seared Scallops ($12) or Jumbo Seared Shrimp ($10) to their entrée. Fleming’s is featuring a new wine pairing for this menu, Honig’s Sauvignon Blanc. Its bright layers and refreshing notes of jasmine, grapefruit, lemongrass, and kaffir lime effortlessly pair with the courses. 

The summer menu at Fleming’s is available from June 21 through September 4, 2023. The price for the two courses starts at $57-$59 (price based on location).
