Fish City Grill and Half Shells have named Tim Green the company’s new VP of Operations. Green most recently served as the company’s VP of Business Development.

Company CEO and co-founder Bill Bayne believes that Green will be a strong part of the company’s growth plan.

“Tim is one of those rare individuals who can succeed in a variety of areas,” notes Bayne. “His commitment to the company paired with his operational acumen make him a valued part of our leadership team.”

Green has been with Fish City Grill for 18 years, and during that time has contributed to operational leadership, IT operations, development and facilities, as well as spearheading new store opening construction. Prior to Fish City Grill, Green had expansive industry experience with Texas Land & Cattle, Tony Roma’s, Sysco Foods and others.

Green studied Restaurant and Hospitality Management at Texas Tech University. He lives with his wife of 29 years, Laura, in Carrollton, where they enjoy nightly rabbit chases with their energetic dog, Lily.

Fish City Grill and Half Shells are pleased to be showing strong post-pandemic sales trends, and the company plans for the opening of at least 3 new restaurants annually.
