Known for its scratch kitchen, warm hospitality and classic American cuisine infused with bold flavors, fresh herbs and spices, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill opened on Friday, December 15, at 304 SW 145th Ave, Suite A, in the Pembroke Center, in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Marking its 45th location, Firebirds specializes in hand-cut aged steaks, fresh seafood, chicken and ribs seared over an authentic wood-fired grill.

Firebirds offers a wide variety of menu selections, including its signature Aged Ribeye, Bleu Cheese Filet, Wood Grilled Salmon, Lobster Spinach Queso and Creme Brulée Cheesecake. The Kids Menu offers healthy options certified by the National Restaurant Association’s Kids LiveWell program. Firebirds also offers a gluten-sensitive menu including items such as Grilled Tenderloin Salad, Beef Filet Kabob, Wood Grilled Salmon and Parmesan Mashed Potatoes for gluten sensitive guests.

In addition, the award-winning FIREBAR boasts an extensive selection of private Firebirds’ label wines, craft beers and specialty cocktails such as the Double Black Diamond Martini, infused with fresh pineapple. The FIREBAR also serves seasonal cocktails such as the Wildberry Ginger Mule, Manhattan My Way, Firebirds Mai Tai Tiki and Pinky Gonzalez Tiki.

The restaurant features an exhibition kitchen, indoor stone fireplace and cozy outdoor seasonal patio, while the signature FIREBAR includes a waterfall display of colorful bottles. Dark woods, vivid colors and comfortable seating complete the space, creating a relaxing and intimate dining room setting.

Firebirds is open Sunday – Thursday 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. and Friday – Saturday 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. Happy hour, Monday through Friday 4 – 6:30 p.m., will feature specially priced appetizers and drink specials varying from wine and craft beer to specialty cocktails at the FIREBAR and outdoor patio. Guests can also enjoy half-priced glasses and select bottles of wine each week on Wine Down Mondays. With the holidays a few days away, guests can begin making reservations for holiday parties with coworkers, family and friends. Reservations for lunch or dinner may be made by calling the restaurant or visiting Firebirds’ website. Guests will also be able to make reservations through the OpenTable App.

The restaurant also offers online ordering, banquet services, catering and gift cards. Through Jan. 2, 2018, guests will receive a $20 in bonus gift cards with every $100 gift card purchase. If gift cards are ordered in bulk, guests will save up to 25 percent with Firebirds’ corporate buying program year-round. In addition, guests who register for Firebirds’ Inner Circle will be the first to hear about upcoming events, promotions, new menu items and exclusive offers. Members will also receive a gift for joining and a gift on their birthday.
