First up, the Double Smash Burger features two patties, American cheese, house pickles, onion, and a secret sauce atop a Parmesan-crusted brioche. The next delicious addition is the Black & Blue Burger topped with blue cheese crumbles, caramelized onions, smoked bacon, and garlic aioli. Eureka! proudly serves beef from Santa Carota ranch in Bakersfield, California where the cattle ingests 95 percent carrot-based diet upcycles from local farms. Beyond the exceptional flavor, the beef has no added antibiotics, its hormone-free, non-GMO, has more vitamins including high in B12 and Beta-carotene, and is low in saturated fat.

Those in search of a new non-burger favorite, look no further than the shareable Spinach & Artichoke dip with mozzarella, Havarti, served with tortilla chips as well as the refreshing return of the Ahi Poke Stack with bourbon barrel-aged soy, smashed avocado, black rice, sesame ginger dressing, firecracker aioli, furikake, green onion, Fresno chile. Also in the mix is the Seared Ahi Tuna Salad with spring mix, avocado, cabbage, carrot, green onions, cilantro, crispy wontons, peanut sauce, and sesame ginger dressing.

For those with a sweet tooth in search of a new tempting experience, the Damn Good Chocolate Cake is the perfect palette pleaser. A rich chocolate cake acts as the base and comes stacked with a bourbon whipped cream and topped with Buffalo Trace chocolate sauce and lava salt. Another stimulating addition is the Whiskey Sour Sorbet made in an exclusive partnership with Cal Creamery featuring a lemon sorbet, herbal bitters, and maraschino cherry.

Stop by on a weekday or weekend to also enjoy the new Mimosa Flight featuring orange, pineapple habanero, grapefruit blood orange, and hibiscus lime. Eureka! is notorious for taking all-American classics and adding a modern twist and these new items are certainly no exception.
