Dewey’s Pizza announced the launch of their popular seasonal pizza, the Yukon Cornelius on Tuesday, December 12, at all Dewey’s locations. Inspired by the classic loaded baked potato, the Yukon Cornelius is hearty, comforting, and nostalgic.

Guests can enjoy the Yukon topped with olive oil, minced garlic, mozzarella, white cheddar, seasoned Yukon Gold Potatoes (baked in-house), red onion, bacon, and finished with green onions and a drizzle of lemon-chive sour cream until early January. The recipe was created at Dewey’s Pizza in Ellisville, MO, as a “Recipe Remix” contest entry in 2015. The creator of the Yukon Cornelius pizza is Amanda Weber, former Manager at the Ellisville location, and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.

“Our team enjoys celebrating the holiday season with the Yukon Cornelius pizza, it’s delicious, nostalgic, and quite the fan favorite,” says Stephanie McCall, Director of Marketing at Dewey’s Pizza. “After taking a four-year hiatus, we relaunched Yukon in 2021. Now, it simply wouldn’t be the holidays without the memorable flavors of Yukon Cornelius.”

For the ultimate Yukon Cornelius experience, it’s best fresh out of the oven with Dewey’s Pizza’s exceptional dine-in service. For guests who want to stay in and enjoy the Yukon with their favorite holiday movie, try Dewey’s Take & Slice version, an unsliced fully cooked offering for easy reheating at home. Guests can order the Yukon, or any Dewey’s menu item, for pickup through Dewey’s online ordering at or by calling their local store.

The Yukon Cornelius is available from December 12 through January 8 at all 25 Dewey’s Pizza locations.
