Dave & Buster’s announces its next round of innovative food and beverage items for the summer. Dave & Buster’s introduces the Maker’s Mark Grill with two new offerings in partnership with a pioneer of handcrafted bourbon, as well as new summer cocktails, each with its own twist.
The Maker’s Mark Grill provides Dave & Buster’s guests with new, bold-flavored menu items. The Maker’s Mark Smokehouse BBQ Burger begins with a juicy, half-pound burger smothered in a tangy Maker’s Mark barbecue sauce, then topped with smoky ancho pulled pork, caramelized onions, and cheese. Perfect as an appetizer to share with the table or an entrée for one, the Maker’s Mark Wings include eight jumbo chicken wings tossed in a sweet and smoky bourbon barbecue sauce made with Maker’s Mark.
In addition to the new food items, Dave & Buster’s reinforces its reputation for innovative signature beverages with new summer cocktails including:
- Backwoods Blueberry Lemonade: Vodka, lemonade, and blueberry puree with a moonshine-filled red cup hitched to the side
- Fiery Peach Margarita: Topped with a cinnamon licorice twist, this is a Margarita made with cinnamon whiskey, tequila, and peach puree
- Raging Berry Bull: Berry Blocks (strawberry-flavored ice cubes) topped with blueberry Red Bull and vodka
- Strawberry Limeade Beer-tail: A refreshing blend of Cruzan Strawberry rum and Blue Moon Belgian White Ale
