Making its debut in Beverly Hills, Spain’s TATEL arrives in the U.S., opening its door to the public today. TATEL is a unique project created by partners Manuel Campos Guallar, Abel Matutes Prats, and Rafael Nadal, within the Hospitality subsidiary of their investment company MABEL CAPITAL, and is backed by high-profile investors such as Cristiano Ronaldo and Pau Gasol. TATEL represents the quintessence of the welcoming and fun spirit that characterizes Spanish restaurants based on traditional products and recipes, combined with touches of sophistication and innovation.

With a flagship location in Madrid and in Ibiza, TATEL is a gastronomic concept combined with live music and an exclusive bar that offers everything from the most traditional cocktails to its own innovative creations. Helmed by Michelin Star Chef Luigi Fineo, TATEL’s menu focuses on organic and locally sourced ingredients, Mediterranean recipes and quality Spanish seafood tradition.
When guests walk into a TATEL, they will see the timeless decoration that blends in with each culture and location. The environment stands out for its originality, warmth and the use of noble materials and unique handcrafted pieces that create a cosmopolitan atmosphere, but at the same time welcoming. The common denominator with all its restaurants are its wide spaces, large windows, terraces and a characteristic bar inspired by the roaring 20s or “Los Dorados 1920s.” Each of the spaces can be adapted for all kinds of events and group lunches or dinners.
The Beverly Hills location features selected raw materials, unadorned and joined with classic techniques and innovative touches. Guests will experience an outstanding winery and bar with hundreds of references of wine and spirits, some of them the most exclusive in the world. The gastronomic concept is closely connected to music that will include live shows every day of the week.
TATEL is located at 453 N Canon Drive Beverly Hills, CA 90210. The restaurant is open for lunch from 12 p.m. – 4 p.m. and for dinner from 4 p.m. – 12 a.m. Tuesday – Sunday and open late Thursday, Friday and Saturday until 2 a.m. Sunday Brunch is available from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
