Compeat Restaurant Management System announces the release of Compeat Workforce, a complete labor managment solution that delivers time and attendance, forecasting, and labor scheduling to restaurants, as well as a portal (website) for the restaurant staff.
Workforce is an integrated component of the Compeat Advantage and the Compeat Enterprise product series that can also be used on a standalone basis.
Breakthrough Workforce features include configurable wage calculation sets to meet variable overtime and minor law compliance; forecasting for labor requirements; and a powerful, yet easy-to-use labor scheduler.
Also included is myWorkforce.com, a portal for employees and managers to view and request changes to their schedules via desktop or mobile devices.
Workforce will soon include an employee onboarding add-on module. Onboarding includes features for recruiting, application submission, prospective employee screening, actual hiring, and new employee training.
Compeat Workforce can be seamlessly integrated with a restaurant's POS, Human Resouce system, and Payroll system or service. Compeat Workforce can full automate all labor-related form processes from hiring through payroll.
The results from using Compeat Workforces are decreased labor costs, reduced hours for restaurant managers, less paperwork, and more satisfied employees.
